4> Why do you want to work with our company?

Note:- Here they are testing your knowledge about the company and they are checking that will you remain in this company for a long period.

Ans:- Sir,  it's the dream of every fresher including me to start their career through a world known and a reputed company like your's .  I think it is the best place where I can enhance my skills and knowledge  & grow along with the company. ( + some points you have home worked from company's site, to show the best part of company..like awards,important projects etc).

5> What is the difference between confidence & overconfidence?

Ans:- Confidence is knowing about who you are and being proud on your strengths and not ashamed on your weakness and ready to improve on it.

           Overconfidence  is about just knowing the +ve aspect about oneself and thus over estimation of their qualities. There wont be no improvement as he can't find any fault in himself.

In simple words,  When your attitude matches your ability <- Confidence
                           When you attitude crosses your ability   <- Overconfidence

6> What is the difference between smart work and hard work?

Ans:- Intelligence in doing a job will deliver a smart work. Sometimes Smart work yields better result with greater efficiency than hardwork.

Eg: For our Btech project instead of getting and deliverin the authorization letter from the institute(where you have done the project) to college, they mailed to them. So simply, good result with great efficiency. ;-)

7> Can you work under pressure/stress conditions?

Ans:-  ( This you answer from your life, iam giving an example from my life) Eg :- Sir, I think action speaks louder than words. As of my life till now, i have been to different places. When i get into each place initially as of all guys i will be stressed with new culture,new locality and new people but I have managed well in those situations.

Another Example :- Sir, in our project there is a part where we have to extract colors from the captured image via webcam. In the middle of the project when we were doing this stage initially, we were shocked to know that separating the image colors to Red, Green and Blue and then extracting colors is a fail. We all were put in a very worst situation as we all doubted our project's success. But our Team Members managed themselves and each other very well and then we discovered that extracting the color by Hue, Saturation and  value will yield a correct result. So i think that's a best example of my ability to work under pressure.

8> Would you get angry?

Ans:- Ofcourse, it's natural for all. I would get angry on irresponsible behaviour. But I won't show it on my actions or face as it would break long term relations. I would rather control it.

9> What motivates you for a good job?

Ans:- Self satisfaction that I will have after completing the job, confidence on me and appreciation from others motivates me.
