10> What is your goal?

Note:- Be specific & confident

Ans:- My short term goal is to start ma career in an esteemed organization. My long term goal is to work hard, to improve my skills and grow along with the organisation and I have to be in a place where my subordinates look at me for the inspiration


11>How long do you expect to work for us if hired?

Note:- Checking whether you are a jumper or not.

Ans:- I'am very passionate for this job and being a pasrt of XXX orgnaisation. So no way of quitting.


12>Are you not overqualified for this job?

Note:- simply they want to know..confidence level..is over confident or enough confident?

Ans:- No sir, I'am not overqualified. As a fresher, I have theoretical knowledge only and so this is the best platform to have practical knowledgee as this very well know for training and job.

13>What is you opinion about

     a>Ideal Job :- Where I can utilize my skills and knowledge effectively and will have global exposure fr the improvement of oneself

     b>Ideal Company :- Where they motivates their staffs and give recognition to employees according his/her skill.

    c>Ideal Location :- Where I can meet different kinds of people so that I would have good experience and knowing about the happenings in the world and global exposure.


14>Explain how will you be an asset for this company?

15>Why should I hire you?

Note:- Strategy of marketing yourself.

Ans:- I'am an  optimistic person. Confidence and flexibility are my key skills. I would like to say that this is a Win-Win situation where I would get a chance to pursue my career in an established company like your's which inturn will help your company to grow and utilize my skills.


16>Will you lie for the company?

Note:- This is a very tricky question. If you say yes then it says you are a liar. If you say no then it says you are not a good asset for the company. So checking your attitude and way how you handle these kind of dilemma.

Ans:- Sorry sir, basically I wont lie because I believe that one lie may bring sudden success but does not give the power to sustain it. A simple lie can be devastating for the future but to serve some specific mission and if a lie brings more good than the truth then I'll do for the company. And that too only after discussing within the company.
